Her journey into beauty and aesthetics began in the early 2000s when she and her husband created their own natural skincare line born from a personal need when their son developed eczema. What started as a mother's solution became a beloved brand at the iconic Spitalfields Market, attracting a devoted following that included faces like Idris Elba and Geri Halliwell. Featured in leading publications and supported by The Prince's Trust (now The King's Trust), Monique found herself working alongside industry legends like Liz Earle, learning the art of formulation, business and the science of skin health.
When major retailers came calling, Monique faced a crossroads. Rather than scale into mass production, she chose a different path, one that would allow her to work directly with clients, hands-on and results-focused. As a young mother of two, she enrolled in professional beauty training and discovered her true calling: the transformative power of advanced aesthetic treatments.
That decision led to founding and running a successful beauty salon for over a decade, but Monique's heart always remained with skincare.
